B - Venti skimmed latte with 2 extra shots from Starbucks (I usually have bran flakes but I slept in for uni! woops!)
L - Chicken and cous cous salad, lemon houmous, wholemeal pitta
S - Fat-free yoghurt, mango, pineapple, melon
D - Chicken, broccoli and noodle sweet chilli stir fry

This is where my body is at right now. I used to hate my broad shoulders, wobbly arms, little boobs and bizarrely small head, but I’m learning to embrace all of these things and focus on my pert bum, toned legs and nice hair :)

READY FOR ACTION!
Even though I have been eating really well and hitting the gym a lot, I’ve been too busy with uni to blog about it, but here I am! Just done a massive awesome healthy food shop and I’m ready to tear up your dashboards with my irritating optimism and word vomit :)
Here’s where I’m at - after 5 years of binging, restricting, starving, purging, getting drunk far too much, not exercising, and generally treating my body like shit, with my weight fluctuating between 112-147lbs, I’m soooo over all of that. It’s time to show my body some lovin’!
I honestly think young people, especially students, neglect their health to a ridiculous point and just think cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc, are only for old people. “I’ll do something about it when the symptoms start to show” we all say. Why not do something now? Why put off feeling amazing until later? It’s not cool to drink water on nights out or have a stir fry instead of a KFC, which is stupid but true. But I’ve decided I really don’t bloody care what anybody thinks. I’m doing this for ME!
